This is what the moldings in maybe 60% percent of our house look like at the moment. That means we've only refreshed 40% of them...but it feels like all I've done for the past month. 
It's combination of poor care by the previous owners and damage from sanding the floors. Luckily, they look so much better once they're painted, but I'm getting so tired of white.




I came home with close to 100 paint samples today. This picture is what  my brain feels like. Once we decide on a color, we're getting started on the hallways and stairwell. Hopefully we'll have some pretty nice before and afters around the corner!
